Let There Be Light
Welcome back to another before & after! I worked on this project a few years ago and it truly kickstarted my passion for elevating properties. The curb appeal was an important one here! We gave it a much needed fresh coat of white paint and introduced some contrastive elements as well. The black details from the front door, the window trim, the new light fixture, the house numbers to the new mailbox - all gave this property the glowing exterior it needed.
Moving inside, we brightened up the walls with some lighter paint, installed some newer fixtures and brought in light and airy staging pieces to complement the open space.
Properties that offer designated parking spaces are such a commodity in DC that we wanted to make sure it was highlighted in all its glory. We had the back power washed and cleaned up to show case just how incredible an offer this house was.
Seeing the choices we make come to life and complement a house is not only very exciting but really shows how important it is to have someone on your side with a strong design background and a vision for your home!
