Welcome to another before & after. This was a big one! With the right guidance and closely collaborating with the seller, this property underwent significant changes. Beginning at the front door, we replaced the iron entryway with an inviting fresh coat of blue paint - giving the house an extra boost to its already stunning curb appeal. A refinishing of all hardwood floors followed next and painting walls a fresh coat of paint to brighten the space entirely was a necessary touch.
One of my favorite changes involved turning what used to be just a toilet downstairs into a private bathroom with a sliding barn door.
Along with some other smaller changes throughout, we managed to sell this home OVER asking price in only 7 DAYS.
