Welcome to a very special Silver Spring before-and-after project! Although you will notice that this one didn't see too many updates, it's an important one in highlighting how effective decluttering can be and how it can make a huge difference when going to sell your house! At the initial walkthrough with my clients, I will most always suggest owners to declutter their space as much as they can. But sometimes this isn't so straightforward--it depends on what kind of situation they're in! In this case, the house was owner occupied throughout the sale so decluttering was bit trickier.
Trying to work on updating the home for a successful sale while also acknowledging and respecting the occupied space is crucial to our practice! On top of decluttering , we applied fresh paint throughout the entire interior, swapped out key light fixtures and made sure everything looked bright and beautiful for a standout listing. Boasting true character inside and out, this home blended classic charm and modern amenities perfectly.
