FEDERAL FACELIFT
As the first house I ever sold, this was a very full circle project for me to work on with my clients. It was such a privilege to see this come to life and to have the trust of my clients on both their purchase and sale!
The first step we took was to remove the storm door that covered their beautiful front door. I always suggest this step to my clients as your front door boasts so much character and curb appeal. We followed up with painting the whole house and swapping some light fixtures for more seamless look throughout.
This was another property where staging made such a huge difference, particularly in the basement. I tend to believe that buyers are able to better envision their future lives in homes that are tastefully staged. In this case, the basement staging showed how the space could be used as a flex room, entertainment space or a second living area. The multi functionality was highlighted through staging choices that I’m sure spoke to the buyers that ultimately purchased the home. Despite a slower market, the home still sold in under 2 weeks! What a full circle moment for me to sell this home, reminding me just how grateful I am for all my clients.
