This adorable one bedroom unit in Washington DC charmed us all the moment we stepped inside. As much as we loved the bold colored walls, in order to appeal to more buyers, we opted for a white repaint in the living room and dining nook. However, recognizing the inherent charm of the bedroom's pink walls, we chose to retain them. To compliment the color, we collaborated closely with our skilled stagers to curate a light, airy and textured environment that allows prospective buyers to vividly envision themselves residing here.
To strike a balance between contemporary allure and the unit's original charm, we thoughtfully replaced all light fixtures, ceiling fans, and the bathroom mirror. This transformation has enhanced this endearing condo, blending modern elements seamlessly with its inherent character.
